What an incredible achievement! 🏆 Our Saffron Lane competitors showed such amazing spirit going up against 26 other schools last week! 💪 From start to finish, these children gave their absolute best across every single event, and they didn't let a little rain dampen their determination. 🌧️ 🎉 We're so proud of each and every one of you!

Today our wonderful year 5's visited The Winstanley School for a Taster Day, so they could experience secondary school before they have to apply for their next school in October. The children had a great time taking part in English, Maths, Science and Religious Studies lessons.
For more information about The Winstanley School, there will be an Open Evening on Thursday 24th September for all those in Year 6, ahead of the Secondary School applications deadline.

Next week will be holding our Kingsway Sports days! Thursday morning will be KS2 and Shine and Friday morning it will be EYFS and KS1's turn! I think we might be needing some sun cream and sun hats!!!😎🌞
