Braunstone Town Council Upcoming Events
Apple Day | Saturday 26th September | 11am – 2pm | Franklin Park, Braunstone Town:
A day filled with all things autumnal, food, apple pressing, singing, magic, mobile zoo, face painting and arts and crafts.
Foresters Fashion Show & Pop Up Shop – Sunday 27th September | Doors open at 2pm | Braunstone Civic Centre:
Raising funds for Loros, Foresters Friendly Society will be hosting a fashion show and pop up shop with lots of high street brands, with up to 70% off RRP! You will also get a welcome drink on arrival. This event is by advanced ticket only and tickets can be purchased from Braunstone Civic Centre or the event organisers using the details on the poster.

The Winstanley School Open Evening.
A fantastic opportunity to see this wonderful school up close and meet some of the lovely staff who work there. The Open evening will take place on Thursday, 24th September, 4.30pm - 6.30pm with a booking system in place. There will be lots of activities and demonstrations, a welcome from our Headteacher and the opportunity to meet our staff and students.

Today our wonderful year 1/2 children had some fantastic guests in to talk about what school was like when they attended, as part of their current History unit. Thank you to our lovely guests for taking the time to share your past with us. Do the guests look familiar?

Our lovely year 3/4 children created some freeze frames in RE this week. They learnt about morals and discussed their beliefs about right and wrong. Fantastic job everyone.
